Delivery Information
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product
availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we
will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.
If you wish to buy in large quantities

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only
available for delivery to addresses in Malaysia (East and West Malaysia). Any
shipments outside Malaysia please contact our company at 07-4556900.
3. Delivery Time
We make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days from the date of your order and payment verification.
Business day means Monday to Friday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm) and Saturday (8.30 am - 12.30 pm), except first Saturday of the month and public holidays. Please
note we do not ship on Sunday.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight
of your order and the delivery method. Note that we use Pos Laju to deliver
your item. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you
would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at
the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging
on delivery, contact us immediately at 07-4556900.
6. Payment Method
Payment can be made through two option which is Billplz and Bank Transfer. Please note that you need to send payment slip / payment proof to faizashop.customer@gmail.com for bank transfer option. All payments must be settled before we process your order.
